您的資料如何使用

艾穎管理顧問有限公司使用您主動提供的姓名、聯絡方式、公司、諮詢內容及履歷／職缺文件，處理您提出的職涯、招募或顧問服務需求，並安排後續聯繫。請勿上傳與本次服務無關的機密、身分證件、健康或其他敏感資訊。

正式服務設定完成後，人才與需求紀錄儲存在受權限限制的 Google Sheets，文件儲存在受限制的 Google Drive；管理介面由 Hostinger 提供。候選人身分、聯絡資料與文件不會在公開網站展示。您未同意本次資料處理時，可選擇不送出表單，改以電話或電子郵件詢問服務內容。

目前 CV／JD 健檢是顧問人工服務，不會自動送交付費 AI 模型，也不產生自動就業決策。顧問將另行確認服務範圍、時程與任何可能費用。

若希望查詢、更正、停止後續聯繫或要求刪除所提供的資料，請聯絡 kathy.chang@aiying.com.tw。團隊會確認身分後處理您的要求；實際保存期限與例外情況應於服務確認時說明。

網站與管理介面

本版本使用瀏覽器本機儲存記住語言偏好；管理介面使用登入工作階段 Cookie 保護授權存取。本版本未新增廣告追蹤工具。請勿將管理帳號分享給未授權人員。

How we use your information

AI Ying Executive Consulting Co., Ltd. uses the name, contact details, company information, inquiry text and resume/job-description documents you voluntarily submit to handle your career, recruitment or consulting request and follow up. Do not upload unrelated confidential information, identity documents, health records or other sensitive information.

Once production services are configured, structured records are stored in access-restricted Google Sheets and documents in Restricted Google Drive. Hostinger hosts the management interface. Candidate identities, contact information and documents are not displayed publicly. You may choose not to submit the form and instead contact us about the service.

CV/JD reviews are currently human consultant services. This version does not automatically send your files to paid AI models or make automated employment decisions. A consultant will confirm scope, timing and any applicable fees separately.

For access, correction, deletion or stopping follow-up, contact kathy.chang@aiying.com.tw. We will verify your identity before handling your request. Applicable retention periods and exceptions should be explained when confirming the service.

Language preferences use local browser storage. The admin area uses session cookies for authorized access. This release adds no advertising trackers.
